Brandon Jenner has affirmed that he and his sister Kylie Jenner have orchestrated a meeting between their little ones.
“They’ve had the chance to meet, though recently we haven’t had the opportunity to spend much time together,” shared Brandon, 42, in an exclusive conversation with Us Weekly on Wednesday, January 24. The revelation came while he was promoting the new UnchainedTV series, At Home With the Jenners, a project with his wife Cayley Jenner.
“We’re all incredibly busy. We have the intention to connect more; it’s just a matter of finding the time and saying, ‘Let’s make this happen,’” Brandon explained. He acknowledged that sometimes the demands of life can intervene, but the siblings are committed to arranging more playdates for their little ones in the future.
Brandon, born to Caitlyn Jenner and Linda Thompson, expressed his close relationship with Caitlyn, revealing that they are “very close” now and engage in conversation “almost every day.” Caitlyn and Linda also share a son, Brody Jenner, while Caitlyn has children from previous marriages, including Burt Jenner, Casey Jenner, and the Kardashian siblings from her marriage to Kris Jenner.
Before Brandon’s relationship with Cayley, 38, he became a father to Eva, now 8, in July 2015 with ex Leah James. Brandon and Cayley tied the knot in January 2020, welcoming their twins, Bo and Sam, in February of the same year.
Kylie, on the other hand, entered motherhood in February 2018 with the arrival of her daughter Stormi, now 5, from her relationship with Travis Scott. The duo expanded their family with son Aire, 23 months, in February 2022 before parting ways in January 2023.
In addition to connecting with Kylie, Brandon’s children have also spent quality time with their grandparents, including Caitlyn, affectionately known as Boom Boom.
“It’s a win-win situation. It brings happiness to the grandparents, joy to the parents, and the kids benefit greatly from being around grandparent energy,” Brandon emphasized. Despite differences in parenting styles, he believes the influence of grandparents is essential for children.
While acknowledging a turbulent past, Brandon and Caitlyn have evolved to share a close bond. “We’re very close now. We talk almost every day,” Brandon revealed.
As Brandon and Cayley navigate parenthood, they have embraced a plant-based lifestyle, a journey explored in their series At Home With the Jenners. Cayley, who has been plant-based for most of her adult life, expressed the importance of instilling in their kids the significance of a plant-based diet, steering away from animal products and supporting sustainable practices.
“It became important to me to instill in our kids, from a young age, the importance of eating a more plant-based diet and getting away from animal products, therefore supporting factory farming,” Cayley shared. Despite the challenges, they approach the lifestyle with inspiration and a commitment to keeping it enjoyable and lighthearted.
