How to cook dinner in 30 minutes
It doesn’t take much time or effort to prepare a delicious dinner. We found several simple and affordable recipes that can be made in just 30 minutes.
Meat balls with ginger in tomato sauce
Ingredients:
- Minced pork – 400 g
- Ginger root – 1.5 cm
- Onions – ¼
- Green onions – 2 feathers
- Tomato paste – 2 tbsp.
- Sugar – 2 tbsp.
- Sol — 1 tsp.
- Starch – 2 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 1 tsp.
- Water – 2 tbsp.
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
- Balsamic vinegar — 1 tsp.
Cooking method:
Mix the minced meat with grated ginger, finely chopped onions and green onions, 1 tbsp. sugar, salt, starch and olive oil. Knead the minced meat well and form into balls. Fry the meat balls.
Put tomato paste in a frying pan, 1 tbsp. sugar, Italian herbs and water. Cook until thickened for 15-20 minutes. Add vinegar and meat balls to the sauce. Simmer for about 1 minute.
Crispy macaroni and cheese
Ingredients:
- Pasta – 500 g
- Cheddar cheese – 100 g
- Parmesan cheese – 50 g
- Low-fat yogurt – 70 g
- Breadcrumbs – 50 g
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Garlic – 2 cloves
- Onions – ¼
- Dry mustard – 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper – a pinch
Cooking method:
Boil pasta in salted water. Fry finely chopped onion and garlic in a separate pan with pepper. Grate the cheddar and Parmesan cheese and add to the pan with the onion and garlic until melted.
Remove the cheese mixture from the heat and add the yogurt to the pan. Add the prepared pasta and stir. Lightly salt the pasta and cover with breadcrumbs on top. Place the pasta in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes.
Baked salmon with rice and Brussels sprouts
Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet – 4 pcs.
- Brussels sprouts – 300 g
- Rice – 2 cups
- Classic yogurt – 0.5 tbsp.
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp.
- Ground cumin – 0.5 tsp.
- Ground chili pepper – 0.5 tsp.
- Sol — 2 tsp.
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp.
Cooking method:
Rub the salmon fillet with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet, also greased with oil. Sprinkle half of the salt, pepper and cumin mixture on top. Place the fillet in the oven preheated to 160 degrees. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Boil the rice in salted water and boil the Brussels sprouts separately. Mix the remaining spice mixture with yogurt and lemon juice. Serve salmon fillet with rice, cabbage and lemon-yogurt sauce separately.
Pasta with vegetables
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 200 g
- Eggplant – 150 g
- Tomato – 3 pcs.
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Bell pepper – ½
- Salt, pepper – to taste
Cooking method:
Chop the vegetables and place in a baking dish greased with olive oil. Send to bake in the oven, preheated to 150 degrees, for 20 minutes. Boil spaghetti in salted water. Mix the prepared vegetables with the pasta.
