Ingredients

Chicken egg 6 pcs.

Baking soda 1 tsp.

Minced chicken 450 years

Olive oil 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

Fry the minced chicken for 7 minutes with a little olive oil. Grind the minced meat in a blender until pureed, then add soda and eggs, mix in the blender again.

Place parchment paper in a loaf pan. Pour the dough into it, bake for 1 hour 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
