Ontario Provincial Police reported that a school bus rollover near Woodstock, Ont., on Tuesday morning resulted in injuries to five students, one of whom was trapped under the bus. Const. Randi Crawford and Sgt.
Ed Sanchuk provided an update, stating that all students are safe. Out of the 40 students on the bus, five sustained minor injuries. This count includes the student who was pinned under the bus and airlifted to the hospital as a precaution.
The incident occurred on Cuthbert Road and Dodge Line in South-West Oxford. All parents and guardians have been notified, and the OPP expressed gratitude to those who assisted at the scene.
They also assured families that support and resources are available if needed.
